With over 15 years in education leadership, including roles as an Human Resources Director and Director of Teaching & Learning, Judy Pennington brings unmatched experience, warmth, and humor to professional development. Judy is certified both as a Human Capital Leader in Arkansas through AAEA and as a Professional Human Capital Leader in Education through the American Association of School Personnel Administrators. Judy holds a Master's degree in Teaching, Learning, & Leadership, as well as a Specialist's degree in Educational Leadership.
